We are a busy, central London based physiotherapy and osteopathy practice.

We follow a drug-free natural and holistic methods. Our approach focuses on the structure of the body – joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons and nerves, which may not operate correctly. We give kinetic instruction to try and prevent recurrence of injury. We work closely with other medical practitioners, sports and fitness specialists to provide efficient care and assist quick recovery.

Leslie is a brilliant physiotherapist based in the Baker Street area, with a wealth of experience...


She has in-depth knowledge of the Alexander Technique and nutrition and is able to advise clients on the correct diet for optimum recovery.

Most importantly, as a former competitive runner and now a competitive power lifter, Leslie understands the need to get her clients back into training mode as quickly as possible, and the best way to deal with the strains of training.
